Online Registration & Fundraising terms and conditions
There are 4 major prize draws to be won.
All online fundraisers are automatically entered into each prize draw according to the terms and conditions below.
1) Participants that register (Bronze Draw – Ipod nano classic 1GB black)
* Competition starts 9am 1.08.2009 and closes 5pm (ACST) 4.09.2009
* Entry is open to all registered participants who have registered for the ride before 5pm (ACST) 4 Sep 2009.
* The draw will be conducted at 12.30pm on Sunday 6 September 2009 at the Father’s Day Classic event main stage, located in Beaumont Rd. Adelaide.
2) Fundraisers who raise $25.00 or more online (Silver Draw – Lance Armstrong autographed biography book)
* Competition starts 9am 1.08.2009 and closes 5pm (ACST) 4.09.2009
* Entry is open to all registered fundraising participants who have registered for the ride and raised $25.00 or more online before 5pm (ACST) 4 Sep 2009.
* The draw will be conducted at 12.30pm on Sunday 6 September 2009 at the Father’s Day Classic event main stage, located in Beaumont Rd. Adelaide.
3) Fundraisers who raise $250.00 or more online (Gold Draw – Tour Down Under 2009 overall winning team jersey autographed by “Francaise des Jeux” team)
* Competition starts 9am 1.08.2009 and closes 5pm (ACST) 4.09.2009
* Entry is open to all registered fundraising participants who have registered for the ride and raised $250.00 or more online before 5pm (ACST) 4 Sep 2009.
* The draw will be conducted at 12.30pm on Sunday 6 September 2009 at the Father’s Day Classic event main stage, located in Beaumont Rd. Adelaide.
4) Top five highest individual fundraisers who fundraise $500.00 or more online (Platinum Draw – Tour Down Under 2009, Lance Armstrong autographed Cancer Council Classic jersey.
* Competition starts 9am 1.08.2009 and closes 5pm (ACST) 4.09.2009
* Entry is open to all registered fundraising participants who have registered for the ride and raised $500.00 or more online before 5pm (ACST) 4 Sep 2009.
* The draw will be conducted at 12.30pm on Sunday 6 September 2009 at the Father’s Day Classic event main stage, located in Beaumont Rd. Adelaide.
Terms and Conditions
* The promoter is Cancer Council SA ABN 89 090 669 934
* Entry is only valid if all details on the online application form have been completed.
* Cancer Council SA takes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
* To be eligible for prizes, all funds raised by entrants must have already been banked online by the finish date and time.
* Winners will be announced at the event. If they are not present, winners will be notified by telephone and email.
* All winners will be listed on Father’s Day Classic website www.fathersdayclassic.org.au
* If prizes are not claimed within 3 working days of the draw date an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 10 September 2009 subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). If the prize is attendance at an event and is not claimed by the event date and time, then the prize will be considered to be forfeited and void and no consideration will be given to alternative prizes.
* Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
* Employees of Cancer Council SA and Cancer Council Australia are ineligible to enter competitions but are encouraged to fundraise online.
* Entering the draw implies acceptance of these rules.
